I was a little skeptical, but this really works!! Thanks!!!This little book is perfect for getting or keeping fit. There are no expensive gym fees, no clutter of exercise equipment, no need to go out jogging in all weathers. Just use your own body and the principles of iso-metric exercise to keep fit. There are days when energy is in very scarce supply, but I can still use some of the exercises to keep some muscle tone. I use it as needed when other exercise is impossible.

I received this truly inspirational email just seven weeks after sending the ISO-MICRO-GYM flip chart to Mike and Carole of Lancashire:-
 "Thought I would see how I got on over a period before responding.
My wife, who broke her arm quite badly a couple of years ago and myself, who has had two serious operations one on my lung and one to remove a tumor from my spine, have been carrying out the exercises everyday since receiving the flip chart.
More recently I have increased to two sessions a day and the benefits we have both noticed have been really pleasing.
Coupled with a healthy eating policy we have also lost half a stone each and both of us feel stronger and healthier.
The problems of the tumor on my spine impacted on the nerves causing me great difficulty walking and therefore my whole body seemed to get weaker as a result of inability to exercise properly. My core strength has improved now following the exercise routine and this is also helping me walk better and generally move about easier.
My target is to be able to jog gently!

Concise, nice and simple, just read it and put the effort in, and i,m sure the average person would get a lot out of it. Isometrics appear to be making a comeback, being rediscovered by many people.Fitness does not have to be complicated or expensive.

Fantastic workout in such a short time and with no equipment. Can't believe how quickly you notice that this actually works and works really well.

This has many good exercises for someone that wants something simple but effective for improving strength and agility and is pretty easy to understand and use.

This book is really a great resource. There are exercises for pretty much every part of your body. The text is clear and easy to understand, and each exercise is accompanied by drawings showing the proper way to perform each exercise. These exercises are to do, and best of all you do not need any equipment. In fact, I am doing many of the exercises while I am at work! This is huge, as I am often too busy to go to the gym.

I've been using this system for just over a month. It's an excellent way to get a full body workout with about 10-15 minutes a day effort. The text is detailed, it would probably be well served by adding a few more images of the exercise to make it more clear, but a quick trip to the author's website will clear up any questions.

Great way to strenghten your Muscles anywhere, while traveling and visiting family and friends, your body is your Total Gym.

        I  can't believe it's a year since I started with the ISO-MICRO-GYM course and I'm very pleased to say that it really works wonders and stands up to the test of time!
        Yes it is the best exercise programme I've come across and I have been into the Health & Strength game for a lot of years and tried many old exercise courses and I 
         do feel that your exercise course has been updated to a high standard and I would like to congratulate you. 
       Thanks to you, I have sent this course around the world to a lot of famous people in our fraternity of Physical Culture and it's certainly a bible of health for those who use it. 
         My son Michael who has gone on holiday to Turkey made sure that his ISO-MICRO-GYM was in his pocket and what more can anyone want to carry on holiday!
